Preparing for a government exam is a long road, often alongside work, family and money worries. Feeling anxious, tired or low at times is common. It doesn't mean you are weak or falling behind.
Talk to someone, free, any time
Tele-MANAS: call 14416 (or 1-800-891-4416). It is the Government of India's free mental-health helpline, open 24×7, with trained counsellors who speak Hindi and many other Indian languages. You don't need to be in a crisis to call: stress, trouble sleeping or feeling stuck are reason enough.
In an emergency, or if you feel you might harm yourself, call 112 now.
Small things that help
- Take breaks. Short breaks keep your mind fresher than one long sitting. Successfied can remind you to take a break after 2 hours of study; switch it on or off in Profile & settings.
- Protect your sleep. A tired mind remembers less, and a late-night cram often costs more than it gives.
- Eat, drink water and move a little. A short walk between study blocks counts.
- Talk to someone you trust: a friend, a family member or a teacher. Saying it out loud often makes it lighter.
- One bad mock is data, not a verdict. It shows you where to work next. Look at your trend over weeks, not a single day.
- Compare yourself with your past self, not with other people's scores on social media.
A note from us
We don't use fake urgency or shame to keep you studying. If you need a day off, take it. Your plan will still be here tomorrow.
We are not doctors, and this page is not medical advice. If stress, low mood or sleep problems last for weeks or get in the way of daily life, please talk to a doctor or a qualified mental-health professional. Asking for help is a strong step.
