SuccessfiedSuccessfied sells online access only. Nothing is shipped to you. This page explains what you receive after paying, when access starts and how long it lasts.
What you receive
A paid plan unlocks features on successfied.in for your account, for the exams your plan covers: every mock in every tier, sectional tests, deep analytics, Mistake Notebook retests and the Custom Test Builder (Learn modules are free for everyone). What each plan includes is listed on the Pricing page.
No books, CDs or printed material are sent by post or courier. You can print mock question booklets and OMR sheets yourself from the site.
When access starts
Access starts automatically as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment. The plan then appears on your Billing page, a receipt is sent to your email, and your invoice is available on the Billing page.
If you do not see your access
If your plan is not visible 30 minutes after paying:
- Do not pay again.
- Write to [Set in Admin: support_email] or call [Set in Admin: support_phone] with your order number (you will find it on your Billing page) and the payment reference shown in your bank or UPI app.
- We will check with Razorpay and switch on your access.
If you were charged twice, or money was debited for a payment that failed, it is refunded in full. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
How long access lasts

The exact end date of your plan is shown on your Billing page. No plan renews automatically.
If the official exam date moves later after you buy an Exam Pass or Teaching Family Pass, your access is extended automatically to the new date plus the same number of days. It is never shortened.
What you need
- A modern web browser on a phone or computer, and an internet connection.
- On slow internet, switch on Lite mode, which uses less data.
- If your connection drops during a test, your answers are kept on your device, and you can resume where you left off.
Access is linked to your account and cannot be transferred to another person.
